Made of neoprene material for utmost insulation, there is a front pocket that can accommodate a small mobile phone, and a transparent back pocket for a document like a Food Allergy Action Plan. Inside are two mesh pockets for the included pairs of PCM (phase change material) inserts and a set of instructions on how to use them. A carabiner allows for hooking the pack to a belt or backpack. Measures 7 x 4 x 2 inches and weights approximately 5.2 ounces ( 1/3 lbs ) with a pair of PCM inserts inside.
